Intelligence belongs in the architecture.

Rusmex Software Solutions designs and builds line-of-business applications with AI integrated into the architecture — the domain model, workflows, permissions, tools, and audit trail — rather than added as a chat box after the fact.

We build Claude- and MCP-enabled systems that let AI assistants work against real application data through the same business rules and permissions as the application itself.

Expense Organizer

Expense Organizer is Rusmex's production reference implementation for application-native AI: Claude operates through the same domain model, permissions, and workflows used by the application itself.

Production use case: divorced parents reconciling shared child-related expenses across households. The FemExpensor mobile app captures receipts with AI-assisted extraction; the web application and MCP server expose the same ledger to Claude and other compatible assistants.

What is implemented
Claude-powered conversational interaction with application data
Claude API integration inside the product
Application-specific tool calling rather than free-form prompt-only behavior
Authenticated, user-scoped access to household data and actions
MCP server exposing Expense Organizer capabilities to Claude and other compatible assistants
Receipt and document ingestion with AI-assisted extraction and categorization
Business rules, permissions, and auditability enforced by the application
Mobile/web product architecture, not a prototype or static demo
Services
01 AI Architecture Review Review an existing application and produce a practical integration plan: where AI should live, what data and tools it needs, how permissions should work, and what should remain deterministic.
02 MCP & Agent Enablement Expose an application's domain through MCP and/or application-native tools so Claude and other assistants can interact with business data through supported, permission-aware interfaces.
03 AI-Enabled Product Build Design and deliver production web/mobile/business applications with AI capabilities integrated into the domain, workflows, tools, permissions, and audit model.
Technical proof points
